One problem - the screen froze on me when I started the game, with a colored background and a cursor. Now I've installed - offline, I do not use Galaxy - GoG's HoMM3 (without 4) onto my new laptop, Win 11, and copied over my saved games. I had HoMM3, from the 3-and-4-complete retail CD, installed on my old desktop (Win 7 originally, now 10).
